Claudio was very responsive and attentive from the moment I booked his studio. His assistant Nathalie was also very responsive and helpful. The apartment is just as pictured and described. Barely two blocks from Promenade D'Anglais and the Cote D'Azur! Bus stop is steps from the apartment door if you want to go into "old Nice" (Vieux Nice). There is a fabulous pizza place right outside of the apartment. Very convenient for grabbing a pizza and a bottle of vino for dinner on the beach! The Rubino and Zaffiro apartment consist of a small hall, a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom both restored with shower, sink, washing machine and a balcony They are located on the 5th floor of a building of 8 floors with elevator and are less than 50 meters from the Promenade des Anglais The living room has a sofa bed and there is an additional single bed for 2-3 people. Annita apartment consists of a small entrance with cupboard, a stay with American kitchen, a bathroom with washing machine, sink and shower, a double bedroom with mattress 26 cm foam and finally a large terrace of 12sqm. The apartment is located on the 7th floor with east facing position and with partial sea views.

Within our holiday houses found a modern style with new furniture, LED TV (on Sapphire in lcd), satellite TV, microwave, dvx player, toaster, iron and vacuum cleaner. They are also equipped with air conditioning system with a heat pump. The property is a modern type building built about 30 years ago.
