Cancellation and refunds
Arrival, departure and security deposit
The security deposit is required on arrival. It is returned at departure, after the condition of the accommodation has been checked, subject to any damage or sums still owed.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax must be paid at the time of booking.
Student rentals under a nine-month contract are governed by a separate contract and may not fall under these tourist booking terms.
